RinoMove

is a platform that connects carriers and their clients

It is also a tool that uses a mathematical algorithm to optimize vehicle load.

Both the carrier (driver) and their clients (passengers and people sending cargo or pets) benefit from using the platform. The driver states the amount they want to receive for the trip, while each client can share the cost with other clients — and travel or send cargo more cheaply.

The fuller the vehicle, the better the deal for the client

Three stages of loading a passenger-and-cargo minibus: one client, two clients and several clients with a full load. — 1 client

One client pays for the entire trip.

Cheaper
Three stages of loading a passenger-and-cargo minibus: one client, two clients and several clients with a full load. — 2 clients

Two clients split the trip cost.

Several clients

Vehicle fully loaded

Maximum benefit
Three stages of loading a passenger-and-cargo minibus: one client, two clients and several clients with a full load. — Several clients

All clients share the trip cost.

With several confirmed place requests, the driver depends less on any one client canceling.

Who can use it?

Professional carriers

For advertising their trips and for filling already agreed trips with extra load. The platform includes a load-filling tool.

Private drivers

For those who are looking for fellow travelers to cover fuel costs.

Publishing a trip is not an obligation to drive it

It is a kind of carrier advertisement with built-in place request functionality.

How it works

1

The driver publishes a trip

The driver specifies the route, trip date, vehicle and the amount they want to receive for the trip. Clients cannot see the total trip price.

2

The trip appears in the listings where clients can find it

A client chooses a suitable trip, specifies whether they need to transport a passenger, cargo or a pet, and sends a request. The system calculates an estimated price based on the load at the time of the request.

3

The driver receives the request in their account

The driver can see the client’s contact details and contact them directly to agree on the trip details. Once an agreement is reached, the driver confirms the request.

4

After confirmation, other clients see that the vehicle is partly loaded and costs can be shared

The next confirmed request triggers a recalculation of the trip cost for all clients, distributing it according to the new load.

5

The driver receives another request, contacts the client, and accepts or declines it

This continues while passenger seats or cargo space remain available in the vehicle. The cost of the trip for each client may decrease considerably.

6

Before departure, the driver contacts the clients again to confirm

By this point the trip cost has been distributed among the trip’s clients. The driver fixes the agreed price, and it no longer changes.

What if no client requests a place?

The trip can be moved to another date, its price or route stops can be changed, or it can be canceled entirely.

Do I have to pay to use RinoMove?

The platform is currently free to use. Paid features are planned for the future.

What if a client cannot find a suitable trip in the direction they need?

The client can leave a request for a new route, which drivers will see in their accounts. A driver can respond, suggest an existing trip or create a trip along the requested route and reply to the request. The client receives a direct link to the published trip. Other clients may also be interested in this direction.

What if cargo must be delivered to the door rather than just a route stop?

The driver can set an individual surcharge for a detour from the main route to the specific address and agree on it with the client. This surcharge does not affect the distribution of the main trip cost.

What if the trip was already agreed outside the platform and the driver just wants to fill spare space?

When setting up the trip, the driver can mark seats and cargo space that are already occupied on a particular section of the route. This is called “driver-entered load”.

What if you have read this but still do not know how to publish a trip and find clients?

Rino Fairy, the AI assistant, can help. Ask her to show you how the website and your account work, help you fill in a trip, or respond to a client’s request.

Why is it beneficial?

Less dependence on a single client

When a trip has several confirmed place requests, one client cancelling does not reduce the driver’s income. The cost is recalculated and redistributed among the remaining clients. The price must be agreed again before the trip.

A more attractive price for each client

This is a significant competitive advantage. By sharing the trip cost among clients in a well-loaded vehicle, the final price for each client is lower.

Extra income from door-to-door delivery

If a client needs delivery to a specific address rather than a stop on the main route, you can agree a separate charge for the detour and receive additional payment.

Adapt the route to demand while it is filling up

As long as the trip has not been finalized, you can edit it as new client requests arrive, including changing or adding intermediate and additional stops.

Fill already agreed trips and earn extra income

If you found a client outside RinoMove, publish the trip and mark the occupied seats or cargo capacity on the relevant route segments. You can offer the remaining space to clients on the platform.

Change or remove a future trip

If you have not found clients, you can move the date, change the route or remove the listing. Existing confirmed arrangements with clients must still be taken into account.

Additional promotion for your trips

Trips published on RinoMove may be included in RinoMove promotional posts on external platforms, reaching an additional audience.
